So I don’t think it’s any secret that I have a history of being sick A LOT. I’ve had almost constant stomach problems for the past couple of years and finally went to the allergist and the results really surprised me. Turns out I’m allergic to milk, soy, wheat, AND egg! My first reaction was… so, what do I eat?
There are a ton of things that I’m really upset that I can’t eat, to be honest. BUT, there are still a lot of allergen free options. So this new discovery kind of alters my challenges a tiny bit, so this week I’m going to feature a few allergen-free recipes that looks amazing! Maybe I’ll make videos about making some?
